Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd is a privately owned holiday park on the West Coast of Scotland.

We’re in the business of providing amazing holidays. Our staff work hard, but the work is fun, and there’s always plenty of time to play. It’s vital that our team creates an excellent holiday experience for our guests, and equally important that our staff love working for us too!

Come and work as a ground operative at Rosneath Castle Park – a privately owned 5-star holiday park in a stunning loch-side location.

Everyone tells us how much they enjoy the tranquillity of our well-kept outdoor spaces, which makes your role vital in making sure these high standards are upheld.

The main focus of this role is to undertake grounds maintenance work in and around the park, under the direction of the onsite Maintenance Manager.

Specific duties include:

  • strimming,
  • hedge cutting,
  • litter picking,
  • leaf clearance,
  • and gritting as and when is necessary.

We are inviting applications from individuals with a passion for creating exceptional, scene-setting grounds. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about working in the outdoors in all types of weather, and equally happy to work independently or as part of a team.

Prior grounds maintenance experience and proficiency in using hand tools & powered machinery is preferable, although some training will be provided.

Continual adherence to safe working practices is paramount to protect our guests and your fellow team members.
