Free Site Fees Until September 2024

*The offer is available to new and existing customers who purchase a holiday home at Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd from 1st March until 31st December 2023 inclusive (the offer period). All customers who, during the offer period, complete the purchase of a new or pre-owned holiday home will not pay any pitch fees for the rest of the 2023 season and the 2024 season (the free pitch fee period). All purchasers will be responsible for full pitch fees for the 2025 season, billed in September 2024 at the current rate for the selected pitch and thereafter. If the holiday home is sold privately during the free pitch fee period, the new owner of the holiday home will be required to pay the relevant part of the current 2023 or 2024 pitch fees. Purchasers of eligible Holiday Homes will receive a £1,000 credit to their owners account. The £1,000 credit is to be used to pay any gas and electricity bills applied to your owners account in the first year of ownership. The first year of ownership starts from the date the pitch licence agreement is first signed. If the pitch licence agreement is terminated for any reason within the offer period, after handover of the Holiday Home, the benefit of the £1,000 credit is lost and there will be no entitlement to any payment or reimbursement in respect of the credit. The offer is personal to the purchaser only. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion at any time.
