Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy shall mean Rosneath Castle Park and our associated trading names. Throughout this policy “you” means the customer. We may charge an administrative fee when a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive. We may also charge a further administrative fee when you request us to provide further copies of the information already provided to you.
