Before I buy
Can I try the holiday home before I buy?

Can I live at Rosneath all the year around?
Caravans can be used for holidays or recreational use only, long-term occupancy is not allowed. This is a requirement of our site license and planning permissions. Park Homes are for residential use and can be occupied all year long.
I own a caravan at another park, can I bring it on to Rosneath?
This may be possible. Please enquire at the Sales office for more information.
What size pitches do you have available?

Site fees vary by size of pitch and location, so please contact our team (01436 831208) for latest details.
What other costs will I have to pay?
You will need to pay annual site fees, gas and electric, and insurance. There is a small charge for the soft play area, and charges apply for the sailing school and boat parks/use of slip way and moorings. There is no charge for the entertainment in the Castle Isle Restaurant and Bar.
Do I own my pitch?

What contractual protection do I have?
