We offer holiday accommodation to suit every budget. You can choose from Loch View, Superior and Classic caravans. We are rated 5-star by the Scottish Tourist Board, so you can be sure the standards of our accommodation and park facilities are high. We also offer a fully accessible caravan with ramp, widened doorways, bed lifts and an adapted bathroom and kitchen, so there’s comfort for everyone. Soaps, bedding, washing up liquid, wash cloth, loo roll, crockery and glassware are provided. Towels are available for hire. Check in is from 4.00 p.m. and check out is 10.00 a.m. – late checkout may be available on request.

Our on-site Castle Isle Bar & Restaurant is popular among our holiday guests and holiday home owners, serving up a range of tasty dishes and drinks.
The youngsters in your party will love the Funzone! Open 7 days a week during the school holidays and weekends March to October, the Funzone offers a wide range of supervised activities for children.
Get out on the water of the glorious Gareloch. We have 2 and 3 person kayaks for hire, plus paddleboards. Our instructor is on hand if you'd like to book a lesson. Call 01436 831208, call in to reception or use our online booking system.
Stock up on daily essentials, pick up snacks and meals to heat later - at our on-site shop. Opening times Monday - Thursday 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. | Friday - Sunday 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (opening hours will vary in winter months and shutdown period).
Keep the kids entertained with our adventure playground - complete with swings, slides and climbing frames.
The Park is a safe place to take walks, whether it is on the beach or around the Park itself. Dogs are welcome – on a lead. Wherever you turn, you will see spectacular views of the Gareloch and beyond. On the edge of the Park is Green Isle, a lovely wooded walk, and you can also walk to the nearby villages of Rosneath and Kilcreggan. We've also compiled some of our favourite local walks for you to enjoy.
Rated 5 star by the AA, we have 19 large fully serviced and hard standing pitches, suitable for motorhomes or touring caravans. Complete with 4 modern private bathrooms with showers and a separate kitchenette.
The little ones can enjoy our soft play centre and have fun with soft shapes and inflatables. Open 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. £3 per child for one hour. Free with Owners Pass and for under 2's.
Rosneath operates a handy launderette, which is coin operated. Great for holiday home owners and tourers alike!
"Great little caravan park. The caravan was very clean, bright and had everything you needed. The park itself is lovely, quiet and peaceful. Didn't have the kids with us this time but seems like a nice big play park and activities for kids. Plenty of wee walks around the area and not too far a drive to get further afield."
