Find out moreOur holiday home owners can visit Rosneath at any time of the year between March and January without notice, for a surprise break, a last minute getaway, a relaxing long weekend or an extended stay.
Becoming an owner at Rosneath Castle Park is so much more than just having the keys to your own holiday home. We organise regular events for our owners, including live music, theme party nights, barbecues and whisky tours are available also.
The offer is available between 20th December 2023 and 31st December 2024 inclusive (the offer period) to new customers who move their holiday caravan or lodge to Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd. All new owners who bring their holiday caravan or lodge to Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd during the offer period will pay reduced pitch fees of £2,500 per year, reverting to the full standard pitch fee for the 2026 season and thereafter which will be billed in September 2025. Standard 2024 pitch fees are £4,628 for new customers in the current season that runs from 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024. The first year of ownership starts from the date the offer is valid from and not when the pitch licence agreement is first signed. The offer is valid on selected pitches only as stipulated by Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd. An additional surcharge of £2,000 will be required to be paid to re-concrete an existing base should a new customer choose an alternative pitch. The offer does not include costs for moving and siting a holiday caravan or lodge to Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd; those costs may include, but not limited to, disconnection and/or gate fees levied by other holiday parks or transportation costs to Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd. New customers need to pay to site and connect their holiday caravan or lodge at Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd where prices start from £2,654 for single units; for twin units a bespoke quote will be provided on request. The offer is personal to the original owner of the holiday caravan or lodge only. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. Rosneath Castle Caravan Park Ltd reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion at any time.
